    This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") is part of NarraLoom's Terms of Service and applies to your access to and use of NarraLoom's websites, dashboards, applications, reports, tools, workflows, integrations, outputs, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

    By using the Services, you agree to comply with this Policy, the Terms of Service, and all applicable laws and regulations.

    If you do not agree to this Policy, you must not use the Services.

    1. Who We Are

    NarraLoom ("NarraLoom," "we," "us," or "our") is a content operating system designed to help businesses keep on-brand content shipping while expanding AI search presence.

    We operate the website https://narraloom.com and related Services that link to or reference this Policy.

    2. What This Policy Covers

    This Policy applies to:

    • your use of the Services;
    • any information, inputs, content, files, prompts, configurations, or materials you submit to the Services;
    • any outputs, reports, drafts, recommendations, workflows, or publishing activity generated through the Services;
    • any connected third-party accounts, channels, or integrations you authorize for use with the Services.

    3. General Rule

    You may use the Services only for lawful, authorized, and responsible business purposes.

    You may not use the Services in a way that:

    • violates any applicable law, regulation, platform rule, or third-party right;
    • creates legal, reputational, security, or operational risk for NarraLoom, its customers, or third parties;
    • misuses NarraLoom's publishing workflows, audit system, reporting, or automation features; or
    • is inconsistent with the intended use of the Services as a governed content operating system.

    4. Prohibited Content and Conduct

    You may not use the Services to create, submit, request, generate, route, publish, or distribute content that:

    • is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, defamatory, harassing, hateful, threatening, abusive, obscene, or invasive of privacy;
    • infringes, misappropriates, or otherwise violates any intellectual property, publicity, confidentiality, contractual, or other third-party right;
    • contains false, deceptive, or unsubstantiated claims about your business, another business, a product, or a service;
    • fabricates reviews, testimonials, endorsements, case studies, customer experiences, or other forms of social proof;
    • impersonates a person, brand, organization, or competitor, or falsely suggests affiliation, approval, or sponsorship;
    • promotes scams, spam, phishing, malware, or other abusive or harmful activity;
    • includes regulated, restricted, or prohibited claims that you are not authorized to make;
    • is designed to harass, target, defame, or harm an individual or group;
    • violates advertising, consumer protection, or platform content rules; or
    • is otherwise unsafe, unethical, or inappropriate for publication.

    You may not use NarraLoom to generate fake reviews, fake testimonials, fake social proof, or other fabricated trust signals.

    5. Customer Inputs, Rights, and Authorization

    You may submit only content, materials, data, and instructions that you are authorized to use and authorize NarraLoom to process.

    You may not:

    • upload, submit, or connect content you do not own or have sufficient rights to use;
    • submit confidential or proprietary third-party information without authorization;
    • submit personal data or regulated data you are not authorized to process;
    • instruct NarraLoom to use materials in a way that violates law, contract, or third-party rights;
    • provide false onboarding answers, false authorization information, or false business information.

    You are responsible for ensuring that your prompts, uploads, onboarding inputs, rules, brand materials, and publishing instructions are lawful and authorized.

    6. Connected Accounts and Publishing Workflows

    Certain features of the Services allow you to connect social channels or other third-party accounts and operate publishing workflows.

    You may connect only accounts, pages, profiles, or channels that:

    • you own;
    • your organization owns and has authorized you to manage; or
    • you are otherwise expressly authorized to connect and use through the Services.

    You may not:

    • connect channels or accounts without valid authorization;
    • use NarraLoom to publish to an account you are not permitted to control;
    • attempt to bypass review, approval, authorization, or workflow controls;
    • use NarraLoom to evade platform restrictions, client approvals, employer approvals, or regulatory review requirements;
    • publish content through the Services without proper review where your obligations require it;
    • misrepresent your authority to approve or publish content.

    All content prepared through the Services is delivered to your dashboard for review. You are responsible for reviewing content and deciding when to publish. You remain responsible for all content published to your connected accounts through the Services.

    7. Guardrails, Claims, and Prohibited Topics

    NarraLoom may allow you to define claims boundaries, prohibited topics, tone limits, approval rules, and other guardrails.

    You may not:

    • attempt to circumvent, disable, override, or defeat guardrails, originality checks, or workflow protections;
    • use the Services to intentionally generate content outside your configured boundaries;
    • configure the Services in a way intended to facilitate unlawful, deceptive, or harmful publishing;
    • instruct the Services to create content that violates your own stated restrictions.

    If your business operates in a regulated or sensitive area, you are responsible for ensuring your configured rules are accurate and sufficient. NarraLoom does not replace legal, compliance, editorial, or regulatory review.

    8. Audit System and Reporting Misuse

    NarraLoom may provide AI Search Visibility Audits, scores, evidence summaries, recommendations, content ideas, Start Here suggestions, or similar reports.

    You may not:

    • misrepresent audit results, scores, recommendations, or visibility findings as guarantees;
    • claim that NarraLoom's audit or score guarantees rankings, citations, traffic, leads, revenue, engagement, or business outcomes;
    • falsify, alter, selectively manipulate, or misstate NarraLoom reports or outputs in a deceptive way;
    • present NarraLoom's audit as legal, compliance, or professional certification;
    • use NarraLoom reports to deceive customers, prospects, investors, regulators, or third parties.

    Any audit, score, or report provided through the Services is for informational and operational purposes only and must be used honestly and responsibly.

    9. Platform Abuse and Security

    You may not:

    • access or use the Services to build or support a competing product or service;
    • scrape, harvest, copy, or systematically collect data, outputs, reports, or content from the Services without written permission;
    • reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decode, or attempt to derive source code, models, prompts, scoring logic, or system internals except to the extent expressly permitted by law;
    • probe, scan, test, or exploit vulnerabilities in the Services;
    • interfere with security features, access controls, rate limits, or monitoring systems;
    • introduce viruses, malware, spyware, malicious code, or harmful payloads into the Services;
    • attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, tokens, data, reports, or environments;
    • interfere with or disrupt the integrity, performance, or availability of the Services;
    • use bots, scripts, or automation to abuse the Services or extract information at scale;
    • overload or place unreasonable demands on the Services or supporting infrastructure.

    10. Account, Identity, and Access Misuse

    You may not:

    • create accounts using false identities or false pretenses;
    • impersonate another person, company, or user;
    • share credentials in unauthorized ways;
    • transfer or resell your account except as expressly permitted in writing;
    • allow unauthorized persons to access the Services through your account;
    • attempt to obtain passwords, tokens, keys, or other sensitive credentials from NarraLoom or other users.

    You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any credentials used with the Services.

    11. Spam, Manipulation, and Abusive Marketing

    You may not use the Services to:

    • send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or repetitive abusive content;
    • generate manipulative or deceptive outreach;
    • publish content intended primarily to mislead, bait, or trick users;
    • generate content designed to simulate human endorsements or customer experiences that did not occur;
    • exploit crises, vulnerabilities, or protected characteristics in a deceptive or harmful way.

    12. Restricted and High-Risk Uses

    Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, you may not use the Services:

    • in any way that would require NarraLoom to comply with HIPAA, GLBA, FedRAMP, CJIS, ITAR, or similar specialized regimes;
    • to generate or publish legal, medical, financial, investment, or other professional advice as such;
    • to process highly sensitive regulated information where the Services are not specifically approved for that use;
    • to create or distribute content for unlawful discrimination, harassment, or exclusion;
    • to conduct surveillance, identity fraud, or other harmful monitoring activity.

    13. No Circumvention of Product Limits

    You may not use the Services to:

    • bypass plan limits, workflow limits, seat limits, or feature restrictions;
    • access features, channels, or workflows not included in your plan or not yet made generally available;
    • represent unsupported channels or incomplete features as live, approved, or production-ready;
    • use NarraLoom in a manner inconsistent with how the Services are presented in the product and related documentation.

    14. Third-Party Platform Compliance

    You must comply with the terms, policies, and rules of any third-party service, platform, or channel you connect to or use with NarraLoom.

    You may not use NarraLoom to violate platform rules, including rules relating to:

    • impersonation;
    • spam;
    • deceptive marketing;
    • prohibited content;
    • automation abuse;
    • unauthorized access; or
    • misuse of account permissions.

    NarraLoom is not responsible for platform enforcement actions taken against your accounts due to your conduct, content, permissions, or instructions.

    15. Enforcement

    If we believe you have violated this Policy, we may take any action we consider appropriate, including:

    • issuing a warning;
    • requiring corrective action;
    • removing, blocking, or refusing content, inputs, reports, or account connections;
    • restricting access to certain features, workflows, channels, or outputs;
    • suspending or terminating your account or access to the Services;
    • revoking publishing functionality or connected account access;
    • reporting unlawful conduct to third parties or law enforcement where appropriate; or
    • pursuing available legal remedies.

    We may act immediately and without prior notice where we believe doing so is necessary to protect the Services, our customers, third parties, or the public.
